First Nations Canadian Tax Exemption
Beazu Wholesale supports First Nations customers who qualify for tax exemption under Section 87 of the Indian Act.
If you are a registered Status Indian and your order is delivered to a recognized Reserve or First Nations land, you may be eligible to have GST and/or PST removed from your purchases.
You may qualify for this exemption if:
- You are a registered Status Indian with a valid Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card)
- Your order is shipped and delivered to a recognized Reserve or First Nations land address
What you need
Before applying, please make sure you have the following ready:
- Create a Beazu user account (required to process your tax exemption)
- Your Certificate of Indian Status (Status Card) — front and back
- Your Registry / Card Number
- Your reserve delivery address
How to apply
- Create a Beazu user account if you do not already have one
- Log in to your account and complete the application form below
- Upload a copy of your Status Card (front and back)
- Submit — Our team will review it and notify you by email within 2–3 business days

Tax exemption approval is required prior to placing an order.
If an order has already been submitted without prior approval, please contact us at sales@beazu.com and include a copy of your status card (front and back) for verification.
