Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. (Monday to Friday).
  • If you need same-day shipping, you must place an order before 10am and write “rush shipping” in the memo section.

Store Pick Up

  • If you would like to pick up your order at our store location but can’t choose the store pick up option when checking out, please write “Store pick up” in the memo section. We will remove the shipping fee from your order.

Shipping within Canada

  • All packages are shipped by Canada post.
  • Expedited, Express and Priority parcel include tracking and insured up to $100. Regular Parcel does not include liability coverage or tracking. Additional insurance is available.
  • Remote locations usually require additional 1-3 business days to arrive.

Shipping to USA

  • All shipments to the USA will be shipped via Canada Post then transferred to USPS.
  • All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by US customs at the border.
  • If you would like us to send your package by another courier, please write your preference in the memo section when you place your order. We will email you the quote of the shipping.

International

  • All international orders may be subjected to taxes and duties. All applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Please note that packages can be delayed by customs. Please refer to your tracking number to check the status of your package.

Route
We’ve partnered with Route—Route provides low-cost shipping insurance to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

FAQ

  • How to claim a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you purchase Route protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation of coverage from Route. In the chance your Route-protected order was lost, damaged, or broken in transit, please file a claim at claims.route.com. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for a reorder or refund in a couple of days.
 
Route shipping insurance refunds the cost of the item but not the shipping cost, taxes or duty.
 
Deadlines for reporting to Route:
Damaged goods – Report within 15 days of the date its marked as delivered.
Lost – Report Up to 30 days from the last tracking update.
Stolen – Report within 15 days of the date its marked as delivered.
 

Returns + Exchanges

 

For returns, please contact us via email at sales@beazu.com to initiate a return.
 
Beazu accepts returns only within North America the items must meet the
following requirements:
  1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 14 days of
    delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is not used, damaged and in original packaging with tags
    attached.
  3. Return shipping cost will be on the customers expense, and the parcel needs to be sent back with insurance and tracking number.
  4. Package sent without a tracking number will not be eligible for
    reimbursement.
Please email us the return tracking number so that we can monitor the shipment
of your parcel.
 
Once the parcel has been received at our store and is approved, you will be
refunded.
 
The following items are final sale
  • All discounted merchandise (sale items and products purchased using
    discount codes)
  • Custom-cut products such as chain, wire, leather or cord
  • Pre-packaged items that have been opened
  • Items shipped outside of North America are FINAL SALE.
If you receive your order with an error, please call or email us and let us know your full name, order number, and the item number of the product you would like to exchange for. If 14 days have passed after receiving your order, we cannot offer any refund / exchanges.
 
Please make sure your full name order number and email address are included in the package, or we cannot process the return.
