Thread, Beazu Silamide – 2-ply Waxed Nylon – Size “A”- White

Beazu Silamide thread is a twisted two-ply nylon beading thread which is colorfast. Silamide has a tensile strength of approx. 4lbs. It’s the ideal thread for beading, peyote stitching and loom weaving.

This White Silamide is a 2 ply pre-waxed nylon thread made up of twisted filaments. The construction makes it exceptionally resilient, as well as colourfast. This Size A thread is very similar to Nymo Size D, or about 0.008in (0.20mm) in thickness. Silamide is remarkably versatile can be used for a number of projects, including: knotting, weaving, loom work, threading, pearl, crystal and gemstone stringing, braiding, and even on clothing!
