We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We strive to get your order out on the SAME DAY that you order!! Our carriers pickup at 3pm PST. Any order placed after 2:30pm PST will go out on the following business day. If something out of the ordinary occurs (severe weather, incomplete shipping address, payment delay, etc…) we will make every effort to contact you through email or phone.Our American orders go out on Tuesday and Thursday mornings so please time your order around that schedule for faster delivery.
All our shipments are sent either with FedEx or the Postal service. If there are any tracking numbers they will be promptly placed on the “Recent Orders” section of your personal account as well as in a confirmation email that is sent when the package is shipped. Some smaller packages may not have a tracking number. If you are not able to see your tracking number, please contact us email@example.com .
IMPORTANT: For American orders, please note that there is sometimes a delay between the time the package is shipped and the time when the tracking number will be in the Fedex system . There can sometimes be a delay of 2-3 days as the package makes its way across the border. This does NOT mean your package will take longer to arrive. Delivery is 10-14 business days and sometimes we get it there even quicker.
