Who is Beazu?
Beazu is your best supplier for beads, jewelry findings and tools anywhere! Everything you want can be ordered from us - we now have over 20,000+ items! Our head office and warehouse are located in Vancouver, BC. We have stores throughout Canada and the United States.To see a complete listing of our stores, click here.

How long have you been in business?
We have proudly been doing business for 16 years.

What is the difference between retail and wholesale?
Retail: Open to the public, our products are sold in small quantities through our retail store locations. Here you can choose to purchase many of our products by the bead. Click here for a list of retail locations

Wholesale: For those with businesses wanting to purchase in large quantities. You must qualify to purchase our products wholesale. Wholesale customers are welcome to come into the warehouse and hand pick all their items. To establish an account with us you can fax, phone, or e-mail us your contact information as well as a tax id, vendor permit #, business license # or equivilant.

Can I purchase your products online?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to offer sales from our website. We have heard your voice in wanting to be able to access our products online and are working on bringing you our webstore. Keep an eye on our news page for updates!

Where do your products come from?
We directly import our goods from all over the world. We have products from Austria, Czech, India, China and more. If you ever have a question regarding a product's origin, or would just like to know more about it, please give us a call!

What is your return policy?
For purchases made in our retail stores, you have 7 days to return the product in original condition, along with your original itemized receipt. We will exchange the product or issue you a credit note valid for 1 month. We apologize, no refunds will be given.

For wholesale purchases, all items purchased directly from our warehouse are final sales. For wholesale orders which are shipped to you, you have 15 days to return items not to your liking for exchange or refund.

How often do you receive new stock?
We are continually sourcing and designing new products to offer you. We suggest you keep an eye on our web-site for product updates, and also call us occasionally to see if we've recently received anything new.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
If you place your order before 12:00 pacific standard we will generally be able to ship your order the same day, providing the payment information is correct and the order isn't exceptionally long. Once the order is shipped out, the time to receive it depends on the shipping service you decide on as well as your location.

What are your requirements for making wholesale purchases?
In order to purchase from us we require the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Telephone Number
  • Your full mailing address
  • Your PST, GST, Business License, Vendors Permit or Tax ID (only one required)
  • Your method of payment and CC# if applicable

Note: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discoverd, American Express, Business Cheque, and Money Orders for purhcase.

Your first purchase must be a minimum of $300, and every subsequent order must be a minimum of $100.

It's also worth mentioning that purchasing a catalogue is by and large manditory, as it would be difficult to place orders without product codes. This requirement will change once the online sales website is completed.

Catalogues can be purchased from us for $12 Canadian (plus shipping), or $12 USD (plus shipping) if you are located in the United States. Anyone looking to purchase catalogues internationaly can contact us for pricing information. Price books are provided through email in either .PDF or .xls (excel) format -- pricelists are currently not available in printed form.
